TEK ranges well received at steady Eurobus 2010

Eurobus 2010 proved steady for TEK Seating with positive enquiries by quality visitors across most of our ranges. “Even though the show was quieter compared to previous years, we still had the right calibre of visitor on our stand with major fleet operators and manufacturers, independents and end users, so there was still the opportunity to tap into new business,” commented Paul Fleming, TEK MD.

TEK showed a range of seats for most applications and budgets from top manufacturers including KAB Seating, for which we are the biggest distributor in the UK, Isringhausen, Grammer and Be-Ge.

TEK is also the main UK OEM and aftermarket distributor for Isringhausen. Available to view, and creating much interest, was the high spec NTS driver seat. Key features of the seat include: variable height adjustment with memory; tilt and seat fore/aft adjustment; an integrated 3-point safety belt system and an integrated pneumatic system to ensure that the backrest fits the body’s contours.

Paul said: “We were pleased with how well the NTS was received and gained some very useful leads. All in all, although we’ve had busier shows, Eurobus proved a great platform for us to network and to catch up with many of our key clients. No doubt we will be back next year!”
