IMHX good launchpad for new KAB Compact seat

The launch of the KAB Compact seat at this years’ IMHX 2010 show proved a big success with many quality enquiries originating from visitors to the stand.

Both mechanical and air suspension versions were available to view, with the option of a fabric or PVC trim. These highly styled suspension seats are capable of accommodating drivers up to 150kg (air) and 140kg (mechanical). With three suspension strokes available (40/60/80mm), these low profile seats can significantly reduce harmful vibrations affecting drivers. Its contemporary design is ideal for use in Fork Lift Trucks, Mini Excavators, Skid Steer, Tow Trucks, Compact Wheel Loaders and Site Dump Trucks.

"Although we havn't been to IMHX for a while now, we were pleased to get such a good response to all of our products, especially the new KAB Compact," commented Paul Fleming, TEK MD. "I think employers are gradually recognising the positive effects a good ergonomic seat has on the health and safety of their workers." Other seats creating interest included the Grammer MSG20, both narrow and standard versions, plus the KAB 211, 214 and 21 T1.
